You must have the latest iTunes or iCloud Apple drivers installed for your PC to recognize devices in DFU mode.
Download the compressed folder (usually a .zip or .rar file).
Ensure you have the latest .NET Framework installed.
If the device isn't recognized, use Zadig to reinstall the WinUSB or libusb-win32 driver for the "Apple Mobile Device (DFU Mode)" entry.
