But something shifted for me on this trip. I realized that I've been giving so much power to people who don't even deserve a second thought from me. I've been letting their potential judgments and criticisms silence me, when in reality, I have so much to say.

I'm embracing my curves, my silences, and my voice. I'm taking up space, and I'm not apologizing for it.

However, I found that Liza Rowe is a well-known American blogger and writer who has gained popularity for her candid and often humorous writings about her life, relationships, and experiences as a plus-size woman.

As a plus-size woman, I've often felt like I need to apologize for taking up space. I've felt like I need to justify my existence, my beauty, and my worth. But no more.

I hope this post finds you all doing amazingly well. I just got back from a weekend getaway with some girlfriends, and I'm still on a high from the laughter, good food, and quality time spent together.
