Despite its Japan-only release, the game is entirely in English, featuring over-the-top live-action cutscenes of an American man drinking Pepsi. This "bizarre" charm, combined with its high difficulty and energetic soundtrack, turned it into a viral hit for YouTubers and speedrunners decades after its release.
