Polar Lights is a renowned brand in the scale modeling community, specifically catering to fans of science fiction, pop culture, and classic TV/movie vehicles. Established in 1996 by Tom Lowe of Playing Mantis, it was created to revive classic, long-out-of-production kits from the 1960s and 70s, notably those originally produced by the Aurora model company.
