I am excited to see your Norway itinerary. We can fly there very cheaply, so it is on my list. We went to Sweden last winter and my very selective eater loved the pickled herring, so who knows with these things.
@Jessica- my selective eater did not even try herring, but one of my other kids did, as did I. Not my favorite, but hey. I did do liverpostaiā¦
