: Go to Window > Text to see if your captions are present in the new captioning workflow.
: Click the CC icon in the bottom right of the player. If the button is missing, the creator may not have enabled them, or auto-generation failed. Try opening the video in Incognito mode ; if they appear there, a browser extension might be blocking them. subtitle Missing
: Ensure your subtitle file (e.g., .srt) has the exact same name as the video file and is in the same folder. In the menu, go to Subtitles > Add Subtitle File to manually load it. : Go to Window > Text to see
