The prison is run by the sadistic Warden Bill Boss (Dieter Laser) and his loyal accountant Dwight Butler (Laurence R. Harvey). In a meta-twist, both actors played the villains in the previous films, but here they are new characters who are fans of the first two Human Centipede movies.
