Ensure the files are not placed more than one subfolder deep in the Mods directory (e.g., Mods/Folder1/File.package is fine, but Mods/Folder1/Folder2/File.package may not load). Mods/Folder1/File.package is fine
Tip: Create a subfolder named Toddler_CC_Part2 to keep your directory organized. Launch The Sims 4 . Go to Game Options > Other . Toddler CC Part2.zip
